Cancellation & Refunds

Marquesa Aesthetics, LLC, know that purchasing a wig or weaving hair can be an expensive investment. Often times, it can be confusing to know exactly what you want, or even what to expect when you receive your order. We want satisfied customers, and we are happy, when you are happy.

Unfortunately, MARQUESA do not offer refunds.
All Sales are Final.

Marquesa does not accept returns or exchanges on wigs or weaving hair that have been tried on, worn, styled, adjusted, washed, lace cut, haircut, adhesive applied, glued, taped, tags removed or altered in anyway. 

If the hairpiece is not to your liking, an exchange will be offered as long as the hairpiece is in the same condition you received it in. An In Stock hairpiece can only be exchanged for another stock hairpiece for equal or lesser value. We do not resend you another stock hairpiece until we receive, inspect and approve the original hairpiece intact. We only allow (1) exchange per order. Exchanges are solely based on availability. We do not pay the shipping cost from our store to you on an exchanged item. You are responsible for all shipping fees.

CUSTOM LACE WIGS & WEAVES and HAIR CARE PRODUCTS such as custom wigs, closures, frontal, wefts, tapes, adhesives, solvents, shampoos, and conditioners are non-returnable.

Ready to wear Wigs or Customized wigs, purchased in Our Studio located at 2590 South Dixie Hwy, Coconut Grove, FL cannot be returned for a refund or an exchange.

We totally understand that choosing the right product online, or even in our studio, is a bit difficult, but we are here to help. Below is our Return & Exchange policy.

We are more than happy to accommodate exchanges & returns of the wigs that have NOT been washed, tampered, altered and the lace have NOT been cut away from the hair unit. Items MUST BE IN ITS ORIGINAL package, and all labels in place.

Since Human hair wigs and hair pieces are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety VERY seriously and DO NOT ALLOW used items, opened packages, to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.

We offer ONE TIME free return and exchange or in stock wigs and for our customers who keep their items in original conditions and meanwhile follow our return & exchange process.

15% of your total payment will be charged as a restocking fee for the second time exchange.

NO return & exchange for cap size customized wigs.

NO return & exchange for clearance products.

Cap size not suitable is not the problem of quality, before placing your order, please double check the cap size and cap measurements.

NO return, exchange or REFUND for cap size problem.

Order Cancellation and Change

For any order cancellation and change, we can freely help cancelling your order and changing your order details ONLY if you could contact us within 24 hours after you place your order.

For in stock items, we can help cancelling or changing your order at any time without any charges before shipping out.

For custom items, 30% of your total payment will be charged as a restocking fee if you want to cancel your order after your order has already been under processing/construction. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

For orders placed directly in our studio, 50% deposit is always required to start your order, in the event you decide to cancel the order, it must be done within 24hours of placing the order. If you cancel your order after 24hours, a 30% of the Item total amount will be deducted form your deposit. The remainder balance due to you, it will be refunded to your credit card or bank account.

For wigs or any hair piece purchased in our studio, once the item has been altered, meaning; cut, colored, wash and or style, the merchandise cannot be returned, exchanged and a refund will not be issue. ALL SALES on customized items are FINAL.

And an extra charge will be necessary if you want to do some possible changes when your order is already under processing. So, we will be very appreciative if you could contact us as prompt as possible for the details and the possibility at your earliest convenience if you want to do some changes.

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1

Please contact our customer service within 24 hours after you received your package via email at to explain the reason for the return/exchange.

Step 2

Our customer service will process your return/exchange request within 1-3 working days (a few days longer when during the vacations or holidays). After the return/exchange request has been authorized, our customer service will send you a Return Authorization Number, RMA.

Step 3

Please ship the returned Item (s) back to the address we gave you, including the return & exchange form with the Return Authorization (RMA) Number. You're also responsible for the return shipping charge, which is about $6-$12 for U.S. customers.

  • *We DO NOT accept the return packages without our Return Authorization Numbers.
  • *We DO NOT accept the return packages by freight collect. For non-American customers, we suggest you ship your package by postal express, which will be a little cheaper than FedEx, Ups, DHL and etc.

Please do email us the tracking number to after shipping out your returned package.
And please shipping out your returned package within the next 3 days after getting our authorization. Or your package will be rejected, and which will influence your refund. Thanks for your understanding!!!    

Step 4

After receiving the returned package, we will arrange the refund within 7 working days

The refund will be returned to you by the method of payment used by you. That is to say, if you pay by your credit card via PayPal, the refund will be returned to your credit card. Normally, the money will be arrived in your credit card within 15 days after we arrange your refund.

We will arrange the exchange within 7 working days for return & exchange.

*For Brazil customers, an extra $45 shipping and handling fee will be charged when placing your order. And this extra charge is NOT refundable for any return and exchange orders.
