Retain your tracking number as we will be unable to refund or replace your order without proof of delivery. Please allow 5-7 business days after your package has been delivered for return to be processed. This link cannot be used to return furniture or equipment items or items purchased in showroom. Merchandise shipped to the fulfillment center not purchased online cannot be returned to sender and sender will not be issued a refund or credit.

Items purchased online

Return showroom location: Items that are available online only must be returned to our warehouse and cannot be returned to our showroom location. We will gladly accept all other returns, up to 15 days from purchase to U.S.

  • You will need the packing list that came with your order and the credit card used to make the purchase.
  • Shipping will be refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly, damaged or defective and it is the only item on the order.
  • Item must be returned in original condition and in original packaging including any paperwork, manuals or accessories. Items that are returned defaced or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or return.

Return to eCommerce warehouse: Equipment items cannot be returned directly to the eCommerce warehouse. Please call 1-305-444-4414 for more information on returning equipment items. All other items purchased on MarquesaHair.com can also be returned within 15 days of delivery, to the MaquesaHair.com fulfillment center. Items cannot be exchanged. Merchandise that has been purchased at our showroom, Salon Spa Renova, can only be return to our showroom. Merchandise that has been purchased thru eCommerce can only be return to our fulfillment center. Merchandise returned to the incorrect point of origination cannot be returned to sender and sender will not be issued a refund or credit.

Online orders, must be returned to the eComm Fulfilment Center

  • Item must be returned in original condition and in original packaging including any paperwork, manuals or accessories. Items that are returned defaced or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
  • We cannot accept COD’s for returned merchandise.
  • In the case of shipping damages please contact the carrier or our customer service department.
  • Credit will always be issued to the same card to which they were charged.
  • Do not return items to MarquesaHair.com by Air Mail – The U.S. Department of Transportation restricts air shipment of hazardous materials items that could contribute to a fire or other mishap on board an aircraft. 
  • Original shipping fees will be refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly, damaged or defective and it is the only item on the order.
  • Due to health and hygiene concerns, no exchanges on hair wigs, synthetic hair, hair replacements and hair extensions can be accepted for any reason.

Returning Salon Furniture/Equipment Purchased Online

  • Equipment purchased online may be returned to the warehouse or showroom.
  • There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned furniture or equipment merchandise.
  • Equipment returns  of $150 or more require authorization - call 1-305-444-4414 for more information.
  • If a return is authorized, the invoice and the original packaging (that the order arrived in) are required to ship the merchandise back.
  • For health and safety reasons, special restrictions apply on some items, such as foot spas, skincare equipment, etc.
  • Furniture purchased online and returned without authorization or to the eCommerce warehouse cannot be returned to sender and sender will not be issued a refund or credit.

    • May be returned for refund or exchange with an original receipt only, and dated within 15 days of purchase.

  3. Promotional and free items:
    • Promotional items and free items must be returned with the merchandise it was offered with in order for an exchange or refund to be processed. In addition, promotional and free items are non-returnable by themselves.
    • Example: Purchase a blowdryer and get an item free—the free item will not be refunded for any reason. In addition, if the purchased item—in this example the blowdryer—is returned for a refund, the free must be returned as well.
    • Example: Purchase a blowdryer and get a free bag—the bag will not be refunded or exchanged for any reason.

Items purchased in Showroom

Marquesa Hair Showroom Purchases in the United States
In general, we will happily accept returned merchandise purchased at any of our United States store locations regardless of which store actually sold the item(s). Items purchased in showroom cannot be returned to a fulfilment center. Items purchased in showroom and shipped to any warehouse location cannot be returned and sender will not be issued a credit or refund.

Except for Special Restrictions stated below, you must have an original receipt dated within 15 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. All refunds will be made to the original form of payment.

  • After 15 days or without a receipt, you will be offered an showrrom merchandise credit in the form of a Merchandise Return Gift Card, for the lowest selling price of the item(s) returned within the past 15 days before return. Any return without receipt over $250.00 may be subject to prior approval before a refund is given.
  • There are special return restrictions on electrical items, shears, hair, clipper blades, hair accesories, promotional items, free items, and equipment. See below for more details.

    • If a return is authorized, the invoice and the original packaging (that the order arrived in) are required to ship the merchandise back.

  5. Gift Cards:
    • Not returnable or refundable for cash, except in states where required by law.
